The 372LM uses identical hardware to the 371LM with one extra button. If you only need to operate one door, the cheaper 371LM works just as well.
Programming the 372LM
Each button on the 372LM pairs independently — repeat the procedure once per button to activate two different doors.
- Press the purple "learn" button on the side of the first opener's motor unit. The indicator light stays on for 30 seconds.
- Within 30 seconds, press and hold the top button on the 372LM until the motor light blinks twice.
- Repeat steps 1–2 at the second opener using the bottom button on the 372LM.
Each Security+ opener can store up to 8 button-pairings — adding a 9th will erase the oldest. Each button on the 372LM counts as one pairing per opener.
